She adjudicates disputes pursuant to collective agreement grievance proceedings, arbitration clauses in employment contracts and other commercial agreements, or by voluntary agreement of parties. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in employment and labour litigation, Bonnie brings rigorous analytical skills and a balanced perspective to every hearing, carefully considering the evidence, legal principles, and submissions from all parties. Her full range of services also includes Grievance Mediation (multiple grievances in a single day), Med/Arb Process, and Expedited Evening Hearings.
