Bonnie Bidgoli has earned a reputation as a trusted neutral across diverse industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector. With over 20 years as an employment and labour lawyer, and extensive experience in litigation and executive compensation, she has managed complex matters involving wrongful dismissal, discrimination, systemic harassment, and constructive dismissal. Her experience also includes serving as a senior HR professional managing Enterprise Investigative functions, giving her a unique dual perspective on workplace disputes. This combined background has given her exceptional insight into both advocacy and neutral dispute resolution.

Bonnie holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (with a business law specialization), a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) from the University of Toronto, and a B. Comm from Queen's University. She has complemented her legal credentials with advanced mediation and investigation training, earning designation as an AWI Certificate Holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH) and as a Qualified Mediator (Q. Med).
